This was a Swedish machinegun round that was also used by machinegun troops in the m/40 rifle (a modified K98K). It was discontinued c1990. Its use was confined to Sweden and it was never loaded as a sporting rifle. Case capacity is approximately 73.55 grs water similar to the 8mm Gibbs and a bit more than the 8mm-06 AI.
