| Comment | I developed this load for a 1905 M/S rifle that I rebored from 9mm M/S becuse it was totally shot out.Cases are made from 30/06 and usinga RCBS custom die set. This load functions well through my actionand shots 2" or better depending on my ability that day.No pressure signs.Ihave also boosted this load to 48.0 gr IMR 3031 ,but it is heavier recoil and not as tight a group.I did kill a black bear with this combo,and it dropped him in the road in front of the dogs.Pretty good performance. |
