| Comment | Worked up to, duplicated load #5221 in this section (except primer), then chrony`d. Proved to be a very accurate load in my rifle. After testing more powders, I may use this particular load for my next elk hunt. From my shorter tube by 9.5" , this load produced 94.30% the total of what the 26" barrel produced in load #5221. The 210 gr hunting VLD @ 2732 fps MV ( .616 BC), has nearly a ton of downrange energy @ 500 yards. |
